SolidWorks 2016 SP3 x64 --- With SN and activator 64 bit SolidWorks is one of the most widely used CAD software packages available for your personal or business use. It has been in use since 1980 and its popularity has grown rapidly in recent years because it has a reputation for being easy to learn and robust. The product is available on both Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X platforms, with a Linux version coming soon. This blog post provides you with an overview of the software's features, before we go into which type of licenses to choose from as well as some things to bear in mind when using SolidWorks on your computer. SolidWorks offers cloud-based (web-based) as well as on-site licenses. The on-site license is installed on your computer and gives you the main user interface (UI) of the software. With this you can create drawings, create assemblies and export part models to CAD and CAM applications. Cloud-based licenses (also known as SaaS licenses) give you access to SolidWorks via a web browser without installing it on your computer, but they can only be used for cloud apps such as viewing and managing projects, sharing files with the SaaS license holder, and online collaboration. With the SaaS license, you cannot use the actual CAD drawing tools in SolidWorks at all. Another type of license is for users who use the software in the manufacturing environment, with Designated Users. A Designated User can use any licensed version of SolidWorks in their workplace. A commercial or non-commercial user can be upgraded to this license if their company has more than 150 seats. SolidWorks is compatible with Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD (1999 or later) or its successor AutoCAD 2015, and contains most of the features available in these programs. Several additional features are also available in SolidWorks: Specific to SolidWorks is its 3D environment featuring the ability to create models in X-Ray quality polygonal mesh data (X3D for short). Originally an add-on with an additional price tag of US$99 per license, it is now included with the software. The software includes integrated CAM capabilities which let you view machining data, create parts from sketches and directly edit machine cycles. SolidWorks also supports interfacing with most common CAM software such as Mach3, CAMWorks, ProE (CAM Plus), and Cimco (CimMach). Every Part can be created from scratch or from a previously exported Sketch or Assembly. If Part is created from assembly, the assembly will be imported as a standard block. Or existing blocks can also be imported and edited. The part can consist of multiple assemblies and/or sketches and/or other parts. Assembly components imported into SolidWorks may interact with each other in various ways, depending on what is done to them: They can interact as separate entities or as components of the overall assembly. cfa1e77820
